Torque and Overspeed Sensors color?

Blue Cables

Torque and overspeed sensor circuits are identified by the blue cables to keep the harness wiring clear and troubleshootable. In UH-60S maintenance practice, color coding helps technicians quickly trace the signal path for critical safety sensors, so blue wires are reserved for the Torque and Overspeed sensors. This ensures the right cables are connected to the TOS monitoring inputs and avoids mixing them up with other sensors. The TOS system monitors drive torque and rotor speed to prevent damage from overspeed or overload, and having the blue color designation makes installing, inspecting, and diagnosing those circuits efficient and less error-prone. Other colored cables correspond to different subsystems or sensors, not the Torque and Overspeed sensors.
